We aim to be completely transparent about fees so that families can plan with confidence. This policy explains what is payable, when payment is due, and how our fee arrangements work.
Types of Fees
Our fees are made up of the following:
- Registration Fee β a one-time, non-refundable fee paid on enrolment to secure a place
- Tuition Fee β the main termly fee covering your child's education and care
- Other Charges β where applicable, these may include meals, uniforms, learning materials, or optional activities and clubs
A current fee schedule is provided to every family and is available from the school office.
When Fees Are Due
Tuition fees are payable per term, in advance. Payment is due on or before the first day of each term, unless a written arrangement has been agreed with the school.
How to Pay
We offer convenient payment options:
- Online payment through the Parent Portal (secure card payment via Paystack)
- Bank transfer to the school's official account
Please always use your child's name as the payment reference, and keep your payment confirmation. Payments made through the Parent Portal are recorded automatically.
Instalments & Arrangements
We understand that circumstances vary. Where a family needs to spread payment, we are willing to discuss a written instalment arrangement in advance. Please speak to the school office before the start of term β we would much rather find a workable plan together than have any family feel unable to ask.
Late Payment
Where fees remain unpaid without an agreed arrangement, we will contact you privately and respectfully to resolve the matter. Persistent non-payment, despite reminders and offers to help, may regrettably affect a child's continued place β but this is always a last resort, reached only after every effort to support the family.
Refunds
Our refund position is as follows:
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Tuition fees for a term already begun are non-refundable.
- Where a child is withdrawn with proper notice before a term begins, any tuition paid in advance for that future term may be refunded.
Notice & Withdrawal
If you plan to withdraw your child, we ask for at least one full term's written notice. Where notice is not given, a term's fees may remain payable. This allows us to plan and to offer the place to a waiting family.
Fee Reviews
Fees are reviewed periodically to reflect the cost of maintaining the quality of care and education we provide. Families are given clear, advance notice of any change β never a surprise mid-term.
A Note to Families
We know that investing in your child's early years is significant. We are committed to giving you exceptional value: small classes, individual attention, and an education that shapes not just what your child knows, but who they become. If you ever have a question or concern about fees, please talk to us β openly and in confidence.
